I hate clutter, yet I can't seem to get away from it - my desk, my countertops, my thoughts, my dreams!
Walking used to be my clutterbuster in so many ways. The exercise and fresh air energized me. The things I could accomplish when I got back and how I felt going about my tasks were --- wow! The time alone was a way to let my thoughts go wild: I could make plans, create ideas for work, solve problems, vent, take a trip down memory lane, or just day dream.
I need a new clutterbuster. (Or batteries and spare parts for the old one :=)
Knitting doesn't have that affect for you? =)
VastaaPoistaNot so much :=) And if I let my mind wander too much, I end up ripping out more than knitting.
