Moving sticks

It was an amazing feeling to be back on the trail. I kept whipping my head around to see if anything had changed. So glad it is too chilly for the adders to be sunning themselves on the path. I've had a couple of encounters of these sorts. The first time was the 'stick' that started moving as I was about to step over it. I haven't gone walking without my glasses since then.
